The Indie View Reviewers List
Currently I read the following genres: Young Adult, Paranormal, New Adult, Fantasy-Romance, Historical-Romance, Fantasy-Adventure, Sci-Fy (depending on the concepts), and rarely I'll tag in a thriller/suspense. Please do not query with a request outside of these genres. If you make it on the waitlist it can be up to 6 months for your book to be reviewed. If you get selected for immediate review, it can take up to a month. Average wait time can be 3 months. If your book is not picked within 6 months it will be removed from the list.
If you can not fit your book into these Genres then this review site is probably not for you:
If you can not fit your book into these Genres then this review site is probably not for you:
PARANORMAL ROMANCE/FANTASY
HISTORICAL FANTASY/TIME TRAVEL (these must have a romantic element to them)
LGBT FANTASY ROMANCE
ROMANCE MISC
These reviews are here to help support indie authors, and the occasional traditional author. All material is received by an author, a publisher, a publicist, etc. I do not care how the book is created, just that if you are indie, please do make sure your work has been edited, and you have read the book several times yourself, including reading it out loud. My job is to help you, but only if you help yourself first.
All reviews will be posted to Amazon, Goodreads, Blog Posting, and depending on requests can be posted to other services, but not guaranteed. Please make sure to have any copies of the review be linked back to this website, unless it's merely my tag sentence which can be used for promotion with mention as "Heaven's Fiction Reviews"

NEW FEATURE:
All reviews will be honest, anything below a three-wing review will be transferred to a new section called "Editor's Feedback" No review score will be given, it will be used as a learning tool for future authors in the making and for the current author to receive feedback without it negatively impacting their promotion campaign.
After you read below on what I DO and DO NOT accept as far as book review submissions.

Review Categories:
Five-Wings - Similar to a high five, this category is for those that I read their book in under three days because I couldn't put it down. That book flew by and the characters swept me up. It's a rare angel breed, that all of us aspire to reach, but all of us readers hate to love because of the bags under our eyes and the twitch of crazy we get when we scramble to get back home to read it... it might even sneak into our laps while we're "supposed" to be working earning us a "secret reader" badge.
Four-Wings - Not to be disparaged at all, a four-wing review has some great story and an enjoyable read that I wanted to finish up quick, but the rest of my family is thankful there were a few moments that gave me pause to put down the book and do other things like wash my hair, and eat some food. Most great books would fall into this category. Sometimes these beauties sneak into our thoughts while we're doing other things and it just keeps us coming back for more... and then we ask, "Please, is there a sequel?"

Three-Wings - This is the regular read category, it had some bumps in the plot and some development of characters that I would have liked to have flushed out a bit more, but damn it I still enjoyed the book and it made me smile. There weren't a lot of errors to complain about, and I was able to finish the book in a month, enjoying a chapter here and there before putting it down to actually do adulting things like work and sleep. This is the sweet spot category where mass market will still enjoy this book because it allows them to escape without ruining their lives by going to work on one hour of sleep with the excuse of... I was reading a book. Yah, like your boss will believe that one.
Yes, there can be reviews with half wings included. And no, anything below a three-wing review does not receive a review on the book through all the channels mentioned above unless the author approves for the review to be posted. However, every author that signs up for a review is agreeing that if they do receive a review below three-wings that their book will be included in the Editor's Feedback section. This is a separate section of the website, not held within the reviews that is a blog post on this site used to assist with feedback to improve the book and is meant to be a positive assist and not a bashing of the author. This section will be helpful for all future authors that wish to be reviewed on what to look for and how they can better their books. You have no obligation to promote this posting in anyway, but any disparaging comments or remarks will not be tolerated on this site.
Fantasy/Paranormal/Time-travel fiction/Romance: All genre within those categories, young adult, adult, romance, adventure, mystery, or etc, but only if it has fantasy/paranormal/time-travel themes. So basically yes to things with fairies, vampires, angels, demons, historical romance (only category that doesn't need magic or fantasy), historical time-travel, a mystery-solving vampire, humanity's fate left in the hands of a dark angel, magic users on an adventure to save the world, witches... I think you get the idea. I will prefer and pick themes with romance in them over other titles. Now, if you have a fantasy that has romance elements then do mention that, as this will put you ahead of something that is solely adventure based.
Do not lie about your content and what it does or does not contain, I'll be reading the book, and if I discover you've lied about something to put your book ahead in the rotation, then I will stop reading your book immediately and I will not accept future works from you.
Please DO NOT send me non-fiction or books geared towards children. If your book is not for age 15 or older then I am not the right market for you. I'm only one reviewer, so please do not be offended if your book is not accepted for review. I'm not big on over usage of profanity, some is okay. I don't review erotica. Okay, to have romance with a scene here or there of some spicy content, but not the main theme of the story. Also note, I do NOT read werewolves, it's not my thing. I am also not fond of scary things, meaning, if you turned your book into movie and it would be classified as horror, even if it's in the categories mentioned above, I do not want things that are solely scary plot based. That does not mean that I don't/won't read some scenes that are horrifying, just that it better not be the whole entire story. So, if you have emailed me to review a book that I have said I do not review, then please consider it a polite no, I will not respond to a book request from people that do not read this posting.
Acceptance: All books accepted onto the waitlist/to-read list are emailed once a month on or around the 20th. So, if you do not receive an email please take this as a polite not right now, or I'm not the right market for your book, or my waitlist is too full and I might hunt through emails once it simmers a bit. Also, sometimes a book gets missed in the emails, so it might get caught up in the next months 20th round up. Also, any books categorized as DNR (Did Not Read) due to whatever reason, this does not disqualify the author from resubmitting that same book or other books that address the issues that caused the DNR to begin with. If there is a resubmit without addressing the reasons it was DNR then all future projects will not be accepted by that author.
Thank you so much.

Breakdown : No Non-fiction, No Werewolves, No over usage of profanity, No erotica, No horror, No Children's books, or books geared towards ages under 15.If you do not have any romance in your book, I'm probably the wrong reviewer for you. I don't mind light, or only some romantic sub-plot. But if you fall into the category of absolutely no exploration of romance at all, then I'm probably the wrong reviewer for you. Even friendships have romantic tension, don't ignore it, romance is an aspect of life.
